Just saw this article today and boy let me tell you, this makes me incredibly excited. I am definitely a PC gamer and this opens up a world of possibilities. Most of my friends are all Console gamers and the thought of them having one of these in their living room makes me really happy.

Now, knowing Valve and the fact that they're calling it a "Living room PC" gives me high hopes that these consoles will be compatible with games played on a Desktop or Laptop PC. Hereby meaning I don't have to settle for the Xbox version of Borderlands 2, because that's what my friends play on. If they do this device right, I could buy it on the Steam network and be able to play it not only from my console, but also on the PC when I want to.
